FEATURES: 

This is the latest edition made by one of the subscribers. Now, this edition features teams from the 1990s. With all leagues are edited, there are:
 - Serie A
 - Other European Teams
 - Premier League
 - Bundesliga
 - La Liga, and
 - Other Greek Teams

The National teams are also edited, at the very least close to the one that we had in the 90s.
The patches are also come with the licensed kits, although some don't maybe because they got replaced with the in-game kit, and haven't been reverted inside the in-game editor.
Some European teams' players also have their faces, when I meant some is because some also got either bug or no edited faces (so we got the edited from in-game build).

The teamlist are interesting too, in my opinion. Maybe since they didn't specify the year to be exact, I assume they're all-star based on the 1990s roster.
