You can play Master League with everything in English. I've tried the patch since last month and it was fun to play using the patch.

The jersey was amazing, with correct resemblance for the unlicensed clubs and also putting logo, apparel, and sponsors in the jersey. Also, the player faces are corrected too, players like Klose, Ribery, Lehmann, Kroos, or Ozil get their real resemblance with available texture and/or visual resemblance with build type.
