This update is clearly not intended for Master League mode, given the inclusion of over 3,000 new players. Its goal is to empower players with complete control over the competition between all the major teams from various World Cup editions.

Top 4 teams from the 1930 World Cup to the 1982 World Cup
Top 6 teams from the 1986 World Cup
Top 10 teams from the 1994 and 1998 World Cups
Top 20 teams from the 2002 World Cup
(I don't know why the 1990 World Cup wasn't mentioned, but it's okay)
Top 30 clubs of all time (up to 2005), based on their achievements in the European Cup, the Champions League, the Copa Libertadores, and the Intercontinental Cup
Top 12 Mexican clubs (Yes, this update was designed by a Mexican :p)
